The Asian Wedding was launched in 2002 following a successful application to Loughborough University’s Enterprise team for a student-led business. It launched a magazine and hosted wedding fairs throughout the Midlands until 2008 and was recognised in a number of national enterprise competitions including Handbag Business competition 2004, and Shell Livewire 2005.
